People’s personality assessment, self-evaluation and 360 degree peer evaluation are not stand-alone, independent items. All influence the way we act and perform in the workplace. GROW combines all this assessment information to produce a scientific, data-driven and unbiased evaluation which represents a person’s comprehensive global capability and their potential to grow.
We can apply GROW360’s people analytics technology to different fields of human resources, including organizational development, human resource management and development, and recruitment/talent acquisition.
Many contemporary personality psychologists believe that there are five basic dimensions of personality, which often goes beyond cultures, races, and ethnicities, often referred to as the "Big 5" personality traits. The five broad personality traits described by the theory are openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness and neuroticism (OCEAN). Whether you’re looking for a way to build a more cohesive team with the people you already manage, improve hiring accuracy or identify high-potential employees for promotion, you can put these personality traits to work if you understand them well.
“the Big 5 personality traits is the best accepted and most commonly used model of personality in academic psychology”
Scientifically, the implicit-association test (IAT) is a measure within social psychology designed to detect the strength of a person’s automatic association between mental representations of objects (concepts) in memory. In GROW360, the combination of reaction speed, finger movement analysis, and automatic association between mental representations of concepts ensures a bias-free personality evaluation.
The Implicit Association Test (IAT) measures attitudes and beliefs that people may be unwilling or unable to report. The IAT may be especially interesting if it shows that you have an implicit attitude that you did not know about. For example, you may believe that women and men should be equally associated with science, but your automatic associations could show that you (like many others) associate men with science more than you associate women with science.
Developed alongside the University of Tokyo, each competency is selected from hundreds of competencies and skills reported in social science literature on the basis of several criteria:
Representation across different countries and cultures
Correlation to success in relevant job functions
(as verified by executive search firms)
Assessable by peers
GROW360’s peer feedback assessment provides companies a quantitative, data-driven assessment solution to measure employee’s competencies and skills; however, we enhance the quality of this analysis by leveraging big data and rigorous machine learning algorithms to this people data.
